Cowcross Yards

Discover Farringdon’s best kept secret

We are udderly excited to announce that our street food market will finally be returning to Cowcross Yards! Back from 29 September on a weekly basis, the market will be serving up delicious and unmissable lunches every Thursday to the end of the year.

The market has had an exciting revamp and will be running in partnership with street food giants, Kerb! Known for offering the best in street food and cultivating rising talent across London, KERB will bring their much loved Inkerbator market to Cowcross, which supports the most exciting and innovative up and coming food talent. Previous KERBanists include some of London’s most iconic eateries, amongst them the likes of Pizza Pilgrims and Biff’s Jack Shack. Lunchtime at Cowcross Yards has never tasted so good!

Keep your eyes peeled to our Instagram page – @cowcrossyards – for all our updates.

Nestled between Cowcross Street, Britton Street and St John Street, and a stone’s throw from Farringdon Station, is Cowcross Yards – a place humming with rich culinary history, and somewhere to explore, eat, drink and enjoy within London’s best connected district.

These streets have their stories, from a centuries-old cattle market to decades as the home of the Queen’s favourite gin. Now, Cowcross Yards is telling its own stories, a relaxed hub bringing the area alive and plating up the latest foodie trends. It’s also a haven to unwind in – whether you work nearby or are swinging by from the other side of the world.

Soon to be even better connected with Crossrail launching and the Thameslink upgrades, Cowcross Yards hosts weekly food markets, brimming over with new flavours, tastes and smells. Your mates think they’ve eaten their way around London already? Bring them here: Cowcross is all about finding something fresh. Look out for YUM @ Cowcross Yards too; these pop-ups definitely shouldn’t be missed.
